Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 15-25 employees to develop talent within the organization
• Manage team performance and workload using KPIs in a unionized environment
• Ensure continuous improvement through the application of problem-solving processes
• Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve operational objectives
• Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization
• Drive results under pressure to meet strict manufacturing deadlines

Requirements

• Diploma in professional or collegiate studies
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, ideally in a unionized manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Proven leadership, judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both French and English
