Operations Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the global fulfillment and logistics roadmap to align with growth objectives and margin targets
• Oversee end-to-end management of major operational transitions, including 3PL migrations and new warehouse launches
• Direct cross-functional alignment for New Product Introductions (NPI) to ensure seamless global supply chain readiness
• Identify systemic bottlenecks in the Order-to-Delivery lifecycle and design scalable solutions for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product leadership to build scenario models for market expansion and inventory positioning
• Drive the evolution of global delivery strategies to optimize shipping margins and delivery accuracy
• Integrate regional requirements into a unified, data-driven global operating model
• Mentor and influence a high-performing global team to foster accountability and strategic thinking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations strategy, logistics, or supply chain
• Proven track record of leading complex, global projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both C-level executives and operational staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA or MS)
• Professional certification such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or APICS CSCP
• Deep experience with global ERP/WMS implementations and e-commerce ecosystem integrations
• Prior experience in management consulting or a "Chief of Staff" role within a global operations function
