Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability through a well-organized environment
- Keep the stockroom organized and running smoothly
- Manage deliveries, replenishment, and E-commerce order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory and execute markdowns efficiently
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually on point
- Uphold brand and operational standards at all times
- Improve stock flow and customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Operations Manager experience
- Experience in high street fashion background preferred
- Experience managing high turnover operations
- Tech savvy with RFID experience preferred
- Highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Passion for fashion and customer orientation
