Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for the Berlin E-Bike Marketplace to ensure efficient processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for riders, suppliers, and internal teams regarding operational issues.
• Coordinate scheduling, handover, and maintenance logistics of e-bikes between users and partners.
• Monitor platform performance and analyze data to generate actionable insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with product, customer support, and logistics teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable best practices.
• Handle user inquiries and resolve operational problems promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or marketplace environments.
• Fluent English (business proficiency); German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with operational tools, digital platforms, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
