Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and support factory initiative projects including Kaizen, QCC, Lean, Six Sigma, and 7S to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop new initiative projects to drive operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency.
• Determine project specifications, user requirements, safety/ergonomic needs, and calculate ROI for investment justification.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve operational problems.
• Ensure standardization of processes and systems across related manufacturing sites.
• Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) activities, including waste segregation and energy-saving initiatives.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or environmental incidents to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or process mapping.
• Expertise in data analysis, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis.
• Experience facilitating improvement workshops or cross-functional change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as automation, AI, or smart manufacturing solutions.
