Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Operations Specialists to prioritize tasks and achieve daily targets
• Perform functional testing on newly arrived e-bikes to review condition before repairs
• Document all bike components accurately to ensure complete data integrity
• Oversee cleaning, preparation, and high-quality photography for product listings
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure bikes are inspected, protected, and shipped timely
• Manage inventory for bikes and packaging materials to ensure data accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the refurbishment workflow

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar operational role
• Proven ability to work in a team with clear communication skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle heavy e-bikes
• Proficiency with digital tools and software
• Fluency in English
• A passion for sustainable mobility and making a positive environmental impact
