Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain staffing schedules across the subregion’s houses
• Serve as first responder for last-minute staffing gaps and emergencies
• Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, invoicing, and supply issues
• Manage logistics for new house onboarding including equipment and setup
• Conduct regular site visits to check in with chefs and observe operations
• Identify and escalate operational, staffing, or facility issues
• Serve as the day-to-day logistical contact for on-site partners
• Uphold service and safety standards on every site visit

Requirements

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or multi-site operations
• Experience in a coordination, supervisory, or lead role
• Strong organizational and responsive instincts
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during staffing emergencies
• Strong professional communication skills
• Willingness to travel within the subregion for on-site presence
