Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Keep Throne units clean, stocked, and well maintained to create a great user experience
• Inspect and troubleshoot user-reported issues at unit sites
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on-site
• Track, monitor, and organize inventory including cleaning supplies, tools, and parts
• Maintain a clean and organized common warehouse space
• Document work performed using mobile applications
• Communicate and coordinate with local operations teammates
• Share feedback and ideas for product and process improvements
• Safely drive and operate company vehicles where applicable

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with the operations team
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and safe handling/disposal of waste materials
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting
• Comfortable working in outdoor/public environments and interacting positively with users
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older with at least two years of driving experience
• Smartphone with data/internet access and ability to use mobile apps

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience or experience in the portable sanitation industry
