Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain public restroom units across the greater Los Angeles area
• Inspect and troubleshoot user-reported issues such as clogs, vandalism, and leaks
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on-site
• Document work performed using mobile applications and virtual communication
• Collaborate with local operations teammates and share feedback for improvements
• Safely drive and operate personal or company vehicles

Requirements

• Comfortable cleaning public restrooms
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
• Flexibility to work weekends and outside regular business hours
• Comfortable working in outdoor and public environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, or comfort using LA Metro
• Must have own vehicle or ability to travel by Metro
• Must be 18 or older with at least two years of driving experience (if driving)
• Smartphone with reliable data and internet access
• Comfortable using and multitasking with several mobile apps
