Operations Specialist - Technology and Transformation

Responsibilities

• Provide independent administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense submissions
• Facilitate communication across IT, GTM, Transformation, CCG, and Strategy and Insights teams
• Create consistent templates for slide decks and departmental communications to ensure visual consistency
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee on-site and off-site department events and meetings
• Maintain and administer the department portal page
• Coordinate strategic planning processes, leadership forums, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure milestones are met
• Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting summaries, and briefing materials for leadership activities
• Handle confidential information with a high level of tact and discretion

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent years of work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support role
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and executing project plans and supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables for senior leadership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and navigate complex, evolving situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot
