About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operations expertise in the design, development, and implementation of strategic projects and change management plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups, influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and lead change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and execution.
- Create communication plans and tailored messaging to positively influence behavior and drive initiative adoption.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of data and information to provide strategic recommendations and insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with enterprise and group goals.
- Monitor and track performance of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and offering solutions to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in operations or strategic project management.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth subject matter expertise within the required business domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle non-routine, complex situations.
