Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and palletize boxes
• Open boxes and scan shipping labels
• Use apps and computer software to complete order fulfillment
• Box items and operate packaging equipment
• Ensure labels are accurately placed on boxes
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in warehouse or retail environments
• Ability to unload trucks and process boxes
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet timelines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and pivot for over 75% of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally participate in team lifts up to 100 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Fashion retail background
