About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations and ensure all tasks are completed according to SLAs
- Handle guest concerns and emergencies promptly to maintain high hospitality standards
- Manage budgets and implement cost-effective solutions to meet financial goals
- Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs
- Obtain quotes, manage vendor work, and ensure projects stay within budget
- Maintain accurate daily records and prepare operational reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or facilities management
- Strong background in property management and daily operations
- Proven experience managing maintenance, renovations, and third-party suppliers
- Excellent budget management, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
