Responsibilities
- Handle guest concerns and issues promptly to ensure a high-quality experience
- Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and task completion within SLAs
- Manage maintenance, renovations, and repairs by working with approved service providers
- Obtain quotes, manage vendor work, and ensure projects stay within budget
- Maintain accurate and updated daily records and prepare operational reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or facilities management
- Strong background in property management and daily operations
- Proven experience managing maintenance, renovations, and external suppliers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
- Ability to manage budgets and provide cost-effective solutions
