Operations Specialist, Robot

Responsibilities

• Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety
• Work closely with hardware, product, software, and business operations teams to improve products
• Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies and product capabilities
• Maintain rigorous attention to process, testing programs, and checklists to ensure safety and reliability

Requirements

• 2 years of experience or strong interest in robotics/automation
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful MVR completion
• Ability to support multiple Bay Area locations including Dublin, Concord, San Ramon, and Oakland
• Comfortable working outdoors and operating micro-mobility (electric bikes) in day/night and traffic conditions
• Experience with live Field Operations, ideally related to autonomous vehicles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work evening and weekend shifts (2 PM to 12 AM)
• Familiarity with ticketing tools for feedback and progress tracking
