Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Abide by the Management System and ISO/IEC 17025
• Handle daily order submissions
• Assist lab testing team by managing processes related to samples submitted by clients
• Coordinate and handle the warehousing, storage, and release of samples
• File hardcopy documents related to submissions
• Prepare reports as necessary and maintain their filing system
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or any discipline
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 quality system and requirements
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills
• 1–2 years of working experience in third-party testing
• Good command of written and spoken English
