Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas sales and follow up on customer needs
• Update operation procedures and training materials
• Communicate with internal inspectors to supervise and check inspection report content
• Regularly organize training for inspectors on relevant customer inspection standards
• Assist in managing other team affairs

Requirements

• 1 year or more of experience using English as a working language
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Good learning attitude and service consciousness
• Familiarity with Windows series office software
