Responsibilities

• Handle Sample Control Team tasks including order creation, sample photography, sample login, AIMS operation, warehouse management, filing, and sample scrapping
• Manage Report Team tasks including creating report templates, adding sample photos, and combining data for auditor signatures
• Send reports and invoices via AIMS and maintain records of daily report issuance status
• Complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• College degree or above in any discipline
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Strong communication and language competence
• Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player
