Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process report requests, analyze data, and manage workflow requirements
• Adhere to daily office procedures including accessing dashboards and reports
• Maintain, create, and analyze data to monitor operational processes
• Participate in the implementation of new software and devices
• Support the Integration team with patient entry into EMR software
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
• Transcribe information into word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
• Provide clerical and routine office support duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality protocols
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfort using digital hardware and software

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 1 year of experience in a clerical setting
