Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution across operational workflows, handling exceptions, escalations, and complex cases that fall outside automated processes
• Manage vendor relationships and work directly with third-party providers, community, or regulatory bodies to resolve issues
• Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and effectiveness before downstream impact
• Manage a high volume of open cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Identify process gaps and provide actionable feedback to improve tools and workflows
• Cross-train across various workflows to support volume variability and ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Comfort working with AI tools and a genuine interest in using technology to optimize workflows
• Strong project management instincts with the ability to drive multiple workstreams to hard deadlines
• High accountability and a sense of urgency regarding tasks with direct customer impact
• Strong communication skills for managing external relationships, negotiating, and resolving disputes via phone and writing
• Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits
• Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity environment and help build operational playbooks
• Experience in operations, case management, property management, real estate, insurance, or mortgage/escrow is a plus
