Operations Specialist, Logistics

Responsibilities

• Perform material handling tasks, including loading and unloading robotic systems and components
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as liftgates, forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers ensuring proper securing and documentation
• Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety procedures and regulations
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws
• Collaborate with service operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow
• Identify and suggest improvements to material handling processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a driver operating Box Trucks or Sprinter Vans
• Experience as a material transporter or logistics associate in manufacturing or distribution
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Valid certification and experience operating forklifts or reach trucks
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong understanding of transport and logistics principles
