Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage prototype lot production, including order creation, tracking, and material allocation
• Act as the primary liaison between Engineering and Operations for R&D build requests
• Plan and ensure the accuracy of manufacturing system product flows and assembly processes
• Allocate, prioritize, and track materials throughout the entire production lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting manufacturing operations
• Monitor hold-time violations and proactively request disposition or storage transfers
• Coordinate shipments between global sites and select appropriate procurement paths
• Make recommendations to improve efficiency across manufacturing operations

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an operations support function
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Results-oriented mindset with high learning agility
• Experience with material tracking and manufacturing systems
