Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a local team of service providers (Foxes) responsible for cleaning and relocating vehicles.
• Ensure high service quality and SLA compliance through regular training, re-training, and daily checkups.
• Act as the first responder for service providers and clients to provide swift solutions to operational problems.
• Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure weekly order volumes and revenue targets are met.
• Manage infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance required for efficient service delivery.
• Perform hands-on tasks, including training new staff and assisting with vehicle cleaning when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Polish and English (C2 level).
• Based in Warsaw and available for full-time on-site work.
• Active B-category driver's license.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to think quickly with practical solutions.
• High level of discipline, punctuality, and commitment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for working with and supporting people.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in car washing, mobility, the gig economy, or B2B fleet management.
• Proven experience in building and leading teams.
