About the role
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally with Flight Operations as part of the Ground Operations team
- Identify operational risk and escalate safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead
- Assist in all operational tasks outside of flight, such as Drone Drop Spots, manual data collection, and merchant launch readiness
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools
- Support the Commercial Ground Operations team with assigned tasks

- Ability to communicate clearly with executive leadership, maintenance, and operations crew
- Uncompromising standards for safety, compliance, documentation, and accountability
