Operations Specialist (Cleaner)

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain Throne units to ensure a great user experience
• Inspect and troubleshoot user-reported issues in the field
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on-site
• Track, monitor, and organize inventory of supplies, tools, and parts
• Keep warehouse space clean and organized
• Document work performed using mobile applications
• Communicate and coordinate with local operations teammates
• Share feedback and ideas for product and process improvements
• Safely drive and operate company vehicles where applicable

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lifting
• Comfortable in outdoor and public environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 18+ years old with at least two years of driving experience
• Smartphone with data access and mobile app proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience or experience in the portable sanitation industry
