Operations Specialist, Autonomy Tech Support

About the Company

DoorDash Labs is a team within DoorDash building autonomous delivery robots and other autonomy solutions from the ground up for DoorDash's core delivery platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for escalated software and hardware issues encountered during autonomy operations and testing
• Perform initial debugging and troubleshooting to capture details for issue identification and resolution
• Document new symptoms or failure modes and work with engineering on mitigation steps
• Use trend analysis to report and triage anomalies, bugs, and faults
• Create resolution documentation and maintain the knowledge base

Requirements

• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex technical problems
• Prior experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics
• Proficiency with Linux command line, GitHub, Jira, and Service software
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early, late, and weekend shifts
• Genuine curiosity regarding technical mechanics and troubleshooting
