Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day site operations and workplace services
• Deliver an exceptional employee experience through workplace initiatives, events, and engagement activities
• Lead and execute internal communications and employer branding initiatives
• Own facilities operations, including vendor management, maintenance, and health & safety
• Coordinate local IT support needs, equipment management, and office technology
• Support local HR operations including onboarding and visa processes
• Strengthen the connection between the London site and HQ to foster local community

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Workplace Operations, Office Management, or Employee Experience
• Proven experience working in global companies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a dynamic environment
