Operations Site Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a newly acquired manufacturing team, overseeing diverse processes and assembly lines
• Drive Operational Excellence by spearheading improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Develop and manage the manufacturing Annual Operating Plan, including multi-year investment plans
• Oversee site expenses and spending to ensure strict adherence to approved financial budgets
• Manage safety risks by conducting site assessments and implementing operational controls
• Foster talent development and manage resource utilization within a growing manufacturing environment

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading fast-paced manufacturing teams in a highly regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven expertise in Manufacturing Principles and People Management
• Strong Executive Stakeholder Management skills
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
