Operations Site Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee programs, engagement initiatives, and site communications
• Support safety and GMP compliance through documentation, training coordination, and audits
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including badge creation and workstation setup
• Provide basic IT support, including computer setup and equipment inventory
• Manage site access controls, visitor processes, and employee badge administration
• Support warehouse leadership with reporting, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Maintain operational records, compliance files, and employee documentation
• Serve as a liaison between site employees and HR, IT, Safety, and Operations departments

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities, compliance, safety, or HR operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Proficiency in utilizing business systems and managing basic IT support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or regulated environments (FDA/GMP)
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR and Operations teams
