Operations Shift Lead – Production

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of area managers and supervisors to achieve production goals in safety, quality, and efficiency
• Motivate the team and foster a positive work atmosphere
• Coordinate communication, escalations, and reporting between the shift and production management
• Plan resources including personnel, ingredients, and energy sustainably
• Investigate production problems, implement measures, and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, master craftsman title, or degree in food technology, production technology, mechanical engineering, logistics, or similar
• Several years of experience in production and/or logistics, ideally in food, beverage, or FMCG industries
• Experience in leadership and team motivation (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor, or Shift Lead)
• Sound knowledge of quality standards, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations
• Experience in shift planning, resource allocation, and process optimization
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and conflict management skills
• Ability to work shifts and weekends
