Operations Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational risk
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage performance and personnel functions for a team to ensure operational soundness
• Provide one-on-one feedback and coaching to support associate development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in financial services, customer service, or bank operations
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in financial services, customer service, or bank operations
• Financial literacy
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Operations management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience within the banking industry
