Operations Services Lead (Teller Supervisor)

Responsibilities

• Support the branch sales or service manager in the operational management of the branch.
• Process teller transactions and handle various customer service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities and refer them to appropriate bank partners.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational, regulatory, and legal risks.
• Perform general office management duties to ensure branch operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop team members to ensure operational soundness and high service standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in financial services.
• 2 years of experience in customer service.
• 2 years of experience in bank operations or branch operations management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence positive results within a team.
