Operations Services Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the branch sales or service manager in the operational management of the branch.
• Process teller transactions and handle various customer service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities and identify customer needs.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and reputational risk.
• Perform general office management duties to ensure branch operational efficiency.
• Facilitate customer awareness and education regarding bank capabilities, tools, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and experience in financial services, customer service, or bank operations management OR High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in those fields.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proven operations management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience within a banking environment.
