Operations Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the deluxing process, team performance, and adherence to standardized work
• Own problem-solving activities to identify root causes and implement countermeasures to enhance productivity
• Motivate and coach associates through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews
• Analyze KPIs and recommend ways to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and reduce costs
• Collaborate professionally with internal and external departments, customers, and management
• Lead effective meetings to discuss deviations from standard work and planned actions to achieve daily goals

Requirements

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, bend, and stand or walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to work a 5-day week (Tuesday - Saturday) with flexibility for holidays and afternoon shifts
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% to follow delivery trucks for audits
