Operations Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence
• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the venue and ensure all departments uphold operating standards
• Drive a culture of best-in-class hospitality and entertainment to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage financial performance by forecasting and controlling sales, labour, and operating expenses
• Champion a safe working environment for both guests and team members
• Build strong relationships with local community groups and act as a brand ambassador for Topgolf

Requirements

• Current QLD Liquor Approved Manager license and RMLV certificate
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Significant leadership experience within hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or hotel operations
• Proven success managing operational and financial performance in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze performance metrics
