Operations Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure all production operations comply with GMP standards and organize internal self-inspections to identify and rectify quality risks.
• Develop and execute EHS inspection plans, supervise daily compliance, and identify/mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks.
• Manage the production department's annual budget, including coordination, organization, and reporting.
• Oversee headcount budget control and manage the department's organizational structure and resource allocation.
• Assist leadership in formulating strategic plans, business development roadmaps, and annual operating plans.
• Drive lean manufacturing methodologies (such as the "Eight Wastes") to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Monitor, collect, and analyze compliance risk events across workshops and assist in investigations and resolutions.
• Coordinate departmental activities, meetings, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proven professional background in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Extensive experience in process optimization and lean operations.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource planning.
• Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Expertise in establishing and refining organizational systems and processes.
