Operations Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field interventions resulting from non-conformities, missing parts, remediations, and retrofits
• Integrate intervention plans with installation and commissioning calendars
• Define operational priorities based on technical impact, risk, and criticality
• Allocate field technician teams in the short term, optimizing capacity and workload
• Coordinate with Helpdesk, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Project Management to meet intervention needs
• Verify availability of materials, vehicles, and technical documentation with the Operations Back Office
• Monitor activity progress and ensure the correct technical closure of interventions
• Ensure complete technical reporting, including completed tasks, partial activities, and residual issues
• Maintain traceability of costs, timelines, and operational performance for the IFO function

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering
• Ability to read and interpret installation schedules and project timelines
• Strong priority management skills and ability to resolve operational conflicts
• Familiarity with digital planning and management tools (ERP, SAP, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Experience in technical planning, industrial service, or multi-project operational coordination
• Proficiency in technical English
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with high variability
