About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and outcomes across a core operational function, including throughput, quality, and reliability
• Lead and develop a frontline team, setting clear goals and managing performance
• Design and improve processes, training, and quality systems to ensure scalability
• Use data to drive insights, identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Partner with engineering to design, test, and roll out automation and AI-powered workflow improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to inform strategy and forecast capacity

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or an analytical environment
• Proven track record of owning metrics and driving measurable improvement
• Experience building or managing high-performing teams and scaling workflows
• Strong analytical and technical fluency with comfort working with data
• Bias for action and ability to simplify complexity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with automation tools or AI-driven systems
