Operations Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) Tech (SME)

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, technical, analytical, and developer support across research, development, testing, evaluation, and operational mission areas
• Apply engineering principles and analytical methodologies to support CAD, FEA, CFD, modeling and simulation, and system testing
• Develop software applications, analytical tools, and data-driven solutions to enhance operational capabilities
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, modeling, and visualization to evaluate system performance
• Serve as a technical advisor to Government stakeholders on evolving threats, including counter-IED and C-UAS initiatives
• Apply DOTMLPF-P knowledge to support capability development and requirements analysis
• Maintain and administer Government knowledge management portals across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, briefings, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field
• 5 years of relevant experience
