Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of shipments from pickup through delivery
• Monitor load progress and communicate updates, delays, or issues
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Enter and update load details in internal systems like Transport Pro
• Maintain accuracy across customer portals and tracking tools
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
• Partner with Carrier Sales and Account Management to support customer needs
• Learn to bid on spot freight and understand market pricing
• Assist in sourcing and vetting carriers to cover loads

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite and digital tools
• Reliable work ethic and team-player attitude
