Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup through delivery
• Monitor load progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Resolve service issues and shipment delays professionally
• Manage load details and documentation within internal systems like Transport Pro
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support Carrier Sales and Account Management teams
• Learn to bid on spot freight and master market pricing strategies
• Assist in sourcing, vetting, and negotiating rates with carriers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
