Operations Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review system drawings (P&IDs) including steam, chilled water, potable water, compressed air, and wastewater systems
• Perform system walkdowns to create or validate as-built P&IDs
• Assist in field data gathering for installed parts and assets
• Complete initial CMMS system hierarchy and perform inventory counts
• Document system integration, interfaces, and cascading failure impacts (FMEA)
• Support asset tracking and populate CMMS with maintenance information
• Support and implement the strategic asset management plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of industrial experience as an engineer, operator, or technician
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CMMS software and asset management
• Familiarity with P&IDs and ISO 55000
• Knowledge of reliability methods such as FMEA, RCA, and Lean Six Sigma
• Experience with PLC (Rockwell/AB) and SCADA/HMI (FactoryTalk or GE iFix)
