Operations Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve daily issues related to CAT, CAIS, Dodd Frank, CFTC LTR, TRACE, and other transactional reporting.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OTC Derivatives Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Support and maintain static data, exchange, and regulatory enrichment information across operational platforms.
• Assist with system changes and upgrades to meet evolving business, exchange, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update written procedures for daily and monthly departmental tasks.
• Ensure strict compliance with FINRA, SEC, CFTC, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and escalate risk events immediately.

Requirements

• Proven experience with CAT, CAIS, and TRACE regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Dodd Frank and CFTC regulations (including Part 43 and Part 45).
• Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, OCC, and NFA rules and regulations.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Futures and Options industry, including reconciliations and position maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working within a highly regulated financial environment.
