Operations Quality & Performance Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Operations Quality & Performance in maintaining and optimizing the quality performance program.
• Analyze data and quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement within operations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement corrective actions and mitigate process failures.
• Create interactive training materials and execute training sessions for warehouse teams to improve process accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute reports regarding quality performance findings to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support the coordination of quality-related initiatives and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse training experience.
• Proven experience creating and executing internal audits.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to travel to various facilities throughout the US to evaluate performance and conduct training.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with leadership.
• Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
