Operations & Quality Control Intern

Responsibilities

• Join inspectors on-site to perform product inspections in factories and train local teams
• Conduct internal audits to ensure inspection SOPs and client requirements are met
• Identify process improvement opportunities using physical/IT tools, AI, and data analysis
• Collaborate with support departments to resolve issues reported by inspectors or clients
• Lead LEAN projects to reduce lead times, improve quality, and lower costs

Requirements

• Final-year engineering student or recent graduate
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Fluent in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Curious and adaptable to new cultures and working environments
