Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project plans, including scope, release schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage end-to-end project implementation and delivery to meet business goals
• Identify and manage resource requirements, including skill sets, training plans, and documentation
• Develop process improvements to meet the needs of Customers and the CS/KYC teams
• Track and monitor project execution to ensure stakeholder requirements are met
• Communicate project status, schedules, and key issues to relevant stakeholders regularly
• Maintain and update a database of project-related documentation

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end through the entire lifecycle
• Experience in data-driven decision making, using analytics to guide project strategies
• Skilled in change management and leading teams through transitions
• Ability to define and apply structured methodologies for effective project execution
• Strong ability to analyze and influence team metrics
