About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nearly 800 people, including on-site branch managers, team leaders, and back-office functions in the China region
  • Ensure high performance of Inspections Operations, focusing on productivity, reactivity, and innovation
  • Monitor business KPIs and cost control
  • Engage and grow high-potential talent to anticipate internal growth and new business integration
  • Oversee all aspects of Operations Excellence, including client claims, supplier relations, regulatory compliance, and back-office processes
  • Deliver high service quality standards while implementing cost optimization measures within budget

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in global retail, quality management, or manufacturing
  • Experience in a role strongly exposed to performance management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with professionals at all levels
  • Strong work ethic, discretion, and professionalism
  • Fluency in English

  • Successful track record managing a sizeable team with ambitious performance goals
