Operations Project Manager: Facilities Services

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate infrastructure, including utility facilities and buildings, to ensure stable production.
• Develop and implement energy-saving strategies through efficient infrastructure operation.
• Oversee partner companies, including identifying non-conformities during inspections and managing contract-related legal risks.
• Handle licensing requirements related to energy, water resource, and electricity operations.
• Manage work orders and assign maintenance tasks to ensure workplace safety and accident prevention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD without prior experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor tool hook-up requirements and cleanroom protocols.
• Expertise in industrial utilities such as UPW, Scrubber, and HVAC.
• Proficiency with CMMS (preventive & condition monitoring), EAM, MES, and FMCS.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and local building/safety codes.
• Ability to make calm decisions under pressure and respond effectively to incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving a quality culture with contractors and engineers without direct reporting lines.
• Strong communication skills for storytelling to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in aggressive ramp-up environments and pivot quickly as priorities shift.
• Experience as a training facilitator for junior and senior personnel.
