Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate AI Governance Council (AIGC) meetings and review sessions
• Manage AI use case intake, governance workflows, and submission tracking
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews across Technology, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams
• Maintain governance repositories, approval records, decision logs, and audit documentation
• Track AI use cases through qualification, review, approval, implementation, and value realization stages
• Support enterprise portfolio governance and initiative tracking activities
• Maintain project, portfolio, RAID, action, and decision logs
• Contribute to PMO process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or Data Analytics
• 12+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Governance, or Portfolio Management
• Experience supporting governance forums, steering committees, or executive meetings
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, or digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications
