Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing timelines across various brand families
• Lead project planning and execution for new production innovations and limited-time offerings
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among operations, marketing, sales, and supply chain
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and GANTT charts
• Facilitate project meetings and status updates to ensure accountability
• Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions
• Provide progress updates directly to the Vice President of Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Project Management, or Supply Chain preferred
• 3–7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or consumer goods
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and stage-gate processes
• Proficiency with project management software and GANTT chart development
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority
